Meet Freddy, LCPC
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I began my career working at a community health center, providing counseling to children, adolescents, and adults navigating a wide range of socioeconomic and cultural challenges. I’ve also spent time working in grief and bereavement, where my experience in hospice care exposed me to the unique emotional and psychological complexities of loss.
Over the years, I’ve worked closely with Crisis Text Line, a global organization providing free confidential crisis support through text messaging. This experience strengthened my ability to support individuals experiencing self-harm urges or suicidal thoughts. I also work extensively with clients managing OCD, helping them face challenges with patience, understanding, and evidence-based strategies.
In therapy, I aim to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. I use a Person-Centered approach, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to support people in understanding themselves and building meaningful change. My own experiences in life and therapy have shaped me into a compassionate and confident clinician, committed to walking alongside my clients on their journey toward healing and growth.
Meet Rechell, Operations Director
As Co-Founder, I bring over ten years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. Throughout my career, I have helped launch and grow several psychiatry practices from the ground up, managing contracting, credentialing, billing, and training staff to build strong and efficient operations.
I oversee billing and credentialing while managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic to ensure smooth workflows, compliance, and high-quality patient care. I am passionate about creating structured systems that support both our team and the individuals we serve.
I hold a degree in Practical Nursing, am certified as a Medical Assistant and Pharmacy Technician, and am also a Certified Trauma Recovery Yoga Instructor. I value quality time with my family and am deeply committed to personal growth from within, striving to grow in all areas of life.
Meet Mary, PMHNP
I’m Mary Addelid Bayot, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to creating a safe, affirming space for healing. I’ve worked with teens and adults across diverse backgrounds and diagnoses, supporting them in understanding their symptoms, navigating emotional overwhelm, and building sustainable paths forward.
My approach is holistic and grounded. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe mental health care should feel empowering — not clinical or cold — and I work collaboratively to help clients uncover strengths, clarify goals, and build resilience.
I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where I trained in trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health care. As a proud UNLV alum, I’m deeply connected to the Las Vegas community and passionate about making quality mental health care more accessible.
Outside of sessions, I’m a firm believer in lifelong learning, books, and the mind-body connection. Whether you’re navigating a diagnosis or feeling stuck in the day-to-day, you deserve care that feels human.
Meet Nikki, MFT-I

My approach is warm and collaborative. I focus on creating a safe space where clients can explore their experiences while learning skills to cope, heal, and grow. I draw from evidence-based methods while tailoring therapy to meet each client’s unique needs.
I believe therapy works best when clients feel seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to walk alongside you in your journey and help you find the clarity and strength you need to move forward.
Meet Mary, LCPC,
Trauma-informed and EMDR
Seeking out therapy can be scary, whether you have done it before or if this is your first time. It takes a lot of courage and I am glad you have made the first steps to finding the support you need. As an experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, it is my role to be here to create a safe space for you to “settle” in, tell your story and help guide you through a journey of peace, love and acceptance. Life can be a series of transitions and challenges we navigate with coping skills developed sometimes in early childhood; but may not be working the way they used to be. I can help you develop new strategies and work to lay down the weight of past experiences so you can create a space to grow and to thrive.
Over the last twelve years, I have worked in several areas of mental health from residential treatment, crisis management, dual diagnosis, Intensive Outpatient Treatment, and private practice. Working together using EMDR and an integrated therapeutic approach we will explore all areas of concern from a holistic and caring view. I have experience working with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, Eating disorders, ADHD, grief and trauma.
There is no right or wrong way to do this and there is no pressure to have it all figured out in one day. We are just going to start where you are at this moment and work together to build a connection of support and appreciation. I look forward to working with you and I am honored to share your space.
